Try Me.

So, last night I was feeling somewhat inspired.  I don't know what came over me, but I was compelled to make some S'mores cookie bars.  And I do NOT regret that decision.

I used this simple recipe.

And, granted, I probably used too much of the dough on the bottom, and not enough to really cover the top, and I used marshmallow fluff rather than actual marshmallows, and I only used 4 chocolate bars, rather than the 5 the recipe calls for, mine turned out pretty good.  Oh, and I baked at the end, not in the middle as the recipe called for.  I think they turned out well, although not as pretty as this:

But, they looked prety good, and were DE-FREAKING-LICIOUS.  Go make them.  You will thank yourself.   And they take like ten minutes to put together.  And the Hubs continues to think I am a domestic genius.  Which I am okay with.  But, I seriously need to end this love affair with food.
